ORDER:

In the reference 3 read above, Smt N. Balaji, Mandal Parishad Development Officer (MPDO), Jeelugumilli, West Godavari District has requested to post her as

District Panchayat Officer, West Godavari District

2. Government after careful examination, hereby issue orders posting Smt N. Balaji. Mandal Parishad Development Officer (MPDO), Jeelugumilli, West Godavari, against the post of District Panchayat Officer, West Godavari District on her own pay scale.

3. The above arrangement is purely temporary and shall not confer any right for regular appointment and is liable to be posted as MPDO at any time without notice and without assigning any reason thereof.

4 Sri K. Ramesh Babu, MPDO, presently working as District Panchayat Officer,

West Godavari District is directed to report before the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj

and Rural Development, A.P., Tadepalli, Guntur District for further posting orders.

⁵. The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, A.P., Tadepalli,

Guntur District and District Collector, West Godavari District shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly and intimate the date of joining of the officer to Government for information and record.
