ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Director , WD & CW Dept. , Guntur in the reference 1st read above and pursuance of the orders issued in the reference 2nd read above , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 39,34,68,000/ - ( Rupees Thirty nine crore thirty four lakh sixty eight thousand ) to the Director, Women Development & Child Welfare , Guntur , from the BE provision 2021-22 as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2021-22 under Supplementary Nutrition Programme under Anganwadi Services umbrella ICDS during the C.F.Y 2021-22.
2. The amount sanctioned in para ( 1 ) above shall be debited to the Head of Account mentioned in the BRO issued in the G.O.2nd read above .
3. The Director , Women Development & Child Welfare , A.P. , Guntur shall take necessary action accordingly in the matter .
4. This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - WD , CW, LFB - IMS- HSG) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - FMU0PC ( WCDS )/ 60/2021 - FMU- WDCWLETFH , dated : 16-12-2021 .
