The following notification shall be published in the extraordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette , dt.29.12.2021:
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub sections ( 2) & ( 3 ) of Section ( 10 ) of Andhra Pradesh Public Libraries Act , 1960 , ( Act VIII of 1960 ) , the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby nominate the following individuals , as Chairmen / Chairpersons of Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas , in the districts mentioned against their names , as indicated below: -

3. The above nominations are subject to outcome of final orders in WA No. 461 of 2021 pending with the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh .
