The following notification shall be published in the extraordinary issue of Andhra Pradesh Gazette , dt.29.12.2021 :
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 ( 4 ) ( a ) of Andhra Pradesh Public Libraries Act , 1960 , ( Act VIII of 1960 ) , the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby nominate Sri Mandhapati Seshagiri Rao , as Chairman of the A.P. Grandhalaya Parishad , with immediate effect .
2. The Chairman shall hold office during the pleasure of the Governor of Andhra Pradesh , subject to any further orders to be issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh , under sub- section ( 2 ) of Section 7 of the Andhra Pradesh Public Libraries Act , 1960 ( as amended by Andhra Pradesh Act , 16/1990 ) .
(Ρ.Τ.Ο) 3. The above nomination is subject to outcome of final orders in WA No. 461 of 2021 pending with the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh .
