ORDER :
In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner , Rural Development , Andhra Pradesh , in the reference first read above , and in pursuance of the BRO issued by the Finance Department in the reference 2nd read above , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs . 169,93,00,000 / - ( Rupees One hundred and Sixty Nine Crore and Ninety Three Lakhs only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2021-22 towards Village Organization Assistants ( VOAs ) honorarium from July 2021 to Feb 2022 .

[Ρ.Τ.Ο] 2 . The Commissioner , Rural Development is informed that , this allotment cannot be construed as an authority for incurring the expenditure and the same shall be spent under proper sanction of the competent authority as prescribed under relevant rules and he is also informed that no further budget will be released until the Drawing Officer's Receipt ( DOR) is received .
3. The Commissioner , Rural Development shall take necessary further action accordingly .
4. He is also requested to send up to date Utilization Certificates for the above expenditure including the previous expenditures incurred towards Village Organization Assistants ( VOAs ) honorarium immediately .
