ORDER :
In the reference 1st read above , the Secretary , SEC has requested the Government to sanction for an amount of Rs.6,00,000 /- ( Rupees Six Lakhs only ) as additional funds for purchase of rent - free furniture / furnishings and electrical appliances for the official residence of the State Election Commission with permission to draw the entire amount on A.C as per provisions made available in rule 2 of A.P. Panchayat Raj (Conditions of Service of State Election Commissioner) Rules , 2000 .
2 . In the GO second read above , the Finance ( FMU - PR & RD ) Department have issued Budget Release Order Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs . 6,00,000 / - ( Rupees Six lakh ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2021-22 for purchase of rent- free furniture / furnishings and electrical appliances for the official residence of the State Election Commissioner .
3. Accordingly , Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs.6,00,000 / - ( Rupees Six lakhs only) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2021-22 for purchase of rent - free furniture / furnishings and electrical appliances for the official residence of the State Election Commissioner .
4. The amount sanctioned at para (3 ) above shall be debited to the following head of Account:
