RIGHT TO FAIR COMPENSATION AND TRANSPARENCY IN LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT ACT, 2013 (ACT 30 OF 2013) - ESTABLISHMENT OF LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT AUTHORITY U/S.51 OF THE ACT - APPOINTMENT OF PRESIDING OFFICER FOR LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT AUTHORITY FOR VIJAYAWADA REGION UNDER SECTION 52 OF THE ACT.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under section 52 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act No.30 of 2013) the Government hereby appoint Sri T.Venugopala Rao, Retired District Judge as Presiding Officer for the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority for Vijayawada Region.
Sri T.Venugopala Rao, Presiding Officer for the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority for Vijayawada Region will exercise jurisdiction, powers conferred on it under the said Act for the districts of West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam and SPSR Nellore.
The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada and the District Collectors, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Prakasam and SPSR Nellore District shall take necessary action accordingly.
