MOTOR VEHICLES TAXATION ACT, 1963 - MOTOR VEHICLES TAX EXEMPTION IN RESPECT OF VEHICLE BEARING REGISTRATION NO. AP39TB0111 OMNI BUS BELONGS TO VISAKHA SRI SARADA PEETHAM, PENDURTHY, VISAKHAPATNAM.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 9 of Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1963 (Act 5 of 1963), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby grants exemption of tax payable under the said Act, in respect of "Vehicle bearing registration No. AP39TB0111 Omni Bus belongs to Visakha Sri Sarada Peetham, Pendurthy, Visakhapatnam" for a period of (3) three years with effect from the date of issue of these orders.
This exemption is granted subject to condition that this vehicle shall be utilized by Sri Sri Sri Swaroopananda Saraswathi Maha Swamiji, Visakha Sarada Peetham for transport of Pandits at free of cost.
This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No.IN01- FMU0ASD(TRBO)/13/2019 (1022173), Dt.27.12.2021.
