3. Representations of Smt.M.Naga Bindu and Smt.B.Sirisha , Special Category Stenographers , APVC , Dated : 30.11.2021 .
4. Lr.No.APST & SA ( SU ) / 2021 / 12-02 , received from the A.P. State Typists & Stenographers Association , A.P Secretariat Unit , Dated : 02.12.2021 .

ORDER :
In continuation of the seniority list issued in the reference 1st read above , a provisional seniority list of Special Category Stenographers appointed for the period from 01.01.2014 to 08.01.2019 in the Departments of Secretariat under the control of Single Unit has been communicated to the Special Category Stenographers in the 2nd read above and requested therein to submit their objections / representations if any , on the provisional Seniority list within 15 days from the date of receipt of the Memo.to General Administration ( SU.I ) Department . If they fail to submit their objections / representations within the stipulated period , it will be construed that they do not have objections/ representations to submit and further action will be taken based on the material available on record .
2. In response to the Memo . 2nd read above , Smt . M.Naga Bindu & Smt.B.Sirisha , Special Category Stenographers working in APVC and A.P. State Typist & Stenographers Association , A.P Secretariat Unit have raised objections stating that Smt . Kandukuri Nagaveni and ( 2 ) others have filed WP No. 14693 of 2019 before the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh , challenging the G.O.Ms.No. 4 , G.A. ( SU.I ) Dept. , dt : 08.01.2019 wherein the Government have issued orders for appointment of Smt . J.Nagaveni , Deputy Tahsildar , YSR Kadapa District as Special Category Stenographer in A.P.Secretariat in relaxation of rules . Hence they have requested that not to include the name of Smt . J.Nagaveni , SC.Steno in seniority list of Special Category Stenographers until the judgment received from the Hon'ble High Court.
3. After examining the matter , the Provisional Seniority list of Special Category Stenographers communicated in the Memo . 2nd read above , is hereby confirmed and the final Seniority list of Special Category Stenographers appointed for the period from 01.01.2014 to 08.01.2019 in the Departments of Secretariat is annexed herewith , to communicate the same to the individuals concerned .
4. The above seniority list is subject to outcome of orders of Hon'ble High Court of A.P in W.P.No.14693 of 2019 and any other cases pending before the Courts .
