In the reference cited, the District Medical and Health Officer, Machilipatnam, Krishna District forwarded the proposals in respect of Dr.A.Prasad Raju, CAS, UFW C Patamata, Krishna District for acceptance of the resignation of the individual on his personal reasons.
2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, January 7, 2022After careful examination of the matter, and keeping in view of the provisions under Rule 30 of State and Subordinate Services Rules 1996, the Director of Public Health and Family W elfare, A.P., Vijayawada is pleased to accept the resignation tendered by Dr. A.Prasad Raju, CAS, UFWC Patamata, Krishna District for the post of CAS under the control of DPH&FW AP from the date of relief/from the date of resignation i.e., w.e.f. 01-10-2021.
The District Medical and Health Officer, Machilipatnam, Krishna District is requested to take necessary further action for relief from the present place of working.
