WITHDRAWAL OF THE LANDS IN Sy.No.69 TO AN EXTENT OF Ac.58.00 Cents IN KATIPERI VILLAGE OF CHOW DEPALLE MANDAL CLASSIFIED AS "GRAZING GROUND" FROM GRAM PANCHYAT, FOR ALIENATION OF THE LANDS IN FAVOR OF THE REGISTRAR, SRI ACHARYA N.G. RANGA, AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY, GUNTUR, FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF A NEW AGRICULTURAL POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE UNDER SUBSECTION (2) OF SECTION 58 OF THE ANDHRA PRADESH PANCHAYAT RAJ ACT, 1994 (ANDHRA PRADESH ACT NO. 13 OF 1994).

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 58 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act No. 13 of 1994) and in consultation with Katiperi Village of Chowdepalle Mandal, Chittoor District, the Government hereby withdraw the 'Grazing Ground Poramboke land' measuring Acs. 58.00 Cents in Sy.No 69 from Katiperi Village of Chowdepalle Mandal, Chittoor District and vest with the Government.
The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department and the Collector and District Magistrate, Chittoor District, shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
