5. Bill of Kalyani Car Travels , Vijayawada for the month of December , 2021 .
ORDER : -
Sanction is hereby accorded for payment of an amount of Rs.45,000/- ( Rupees Forty Five thousands only) to Kalyani Car Travels , Vijayawada , Krishna District towards hiring charges of Innova car bearing No.AP16 TD 6689 being used by the Deputy Secretary to Government-2, Department for Women , Children , Differently Abled & Senior Citizens for the month of December , 2021 , duly deducting the I.T. @ 2 % i.e. Rs.900/- payable to the Joint Commissioner, Income Tax, Hyderabad.
2. The expenditure sanctioned in para ( 1 ) above shall be debited to the head of account "2251 Secretariat Social Service M.H. 090 Secretariat S.H. ( 10) Dept. for Women, Children, Disabled and Sr. Citizens - 130 - Office Expenses - 134 - Hiring of Private Vehicles " .
3 . The Department for Women , Children , Differently Abled & Senior Citizens ( OP- Claims ) are requested to draw the above sanctioned amount and credit the same into the A/c No.50200019010251 of Kalyani Car Travels , IFSC Code : HDFC0000568 of the HDFC Bank , One town , Vijayawada , Krishna District .
4. This order does not require the concurrence of the Finance Department .
