ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA NOTIFICATION REGARDING APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT ELECTORAL REGISTRATION OFFICERS FOR 75-MACHILIPATNAM & 83-NANDIGAMA (SC) ASSEMBLY CONSTITUENCIES OF ANDHRA PRADESH ( Memo.No.1067/Elecs.B/A1/2021-7, Office of the Chief Electoral Officer, Andhra Pradesh, dated:12.01.2022)

The following notification of the Election Commission of India, New Delhi, No.429/AP/SOU3/2020(1), dated.7th January, 2022/ 17 Pausa, 1943 (Saka) is published:-

NOTIFICATION

No.429/AP/SOU3/2020(1):- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 13 C of the Representation of the People Act, 1950 (43 of 1950), the Election Commission of India, hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No.429/AP/2014(1), dated 03.09.2014 relating to the appointment of the Assistant Electoral Registration Officers of the Assembly Constituencies in the State of Andhra Pradesh, namely:-

To the existing entries in Column (2) of the table appended to the said notification in respect of the following Assembly Consituencies shown in Column (1) of the said table, the entries shown against each of them in Column (2) below shall respectively be substituted:- 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY [PART-V
