PART OR NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT , HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS AND OTHER OFFICERS
In order to promote planned / integrated developments of various aspiratiNOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT address the Infrastructure by ensuring availability of clear title residential plots at Group for quality housing and allied affordable prices , the Government vide reference G.O 1st read above have issued comprehensive guidelines Layouts / Jagananna Smart Townships by the Development Authorities . In for development of MIG the reference 2nd read above , it was requested to take action on providing reservation of 10 % of plots in Jagananna Smart Townships , for Government Employees duly giving a rebate of 20 % in sale price of the plot .
2. Accordingly , and in continuation of comprehensive guidelines issued vide reference G.O 1st read above , the Government hereby orders to reserve 10% of plots for Government employees in MIG Layouts / Jagananna Smart Townships developed by the Development Authorities in the State and a rebate of 20% in sale price on plot shall be provided to the employees who apply for plot under State Government employee category .
3. All the officers noted in the address entry shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly .
