ORDER :

In the circumstances reported by the Director , Animal Husbandry Department , A.P. , Vijayawada in the letter read above , Government after careful consideration hereby permit Dr. P.Lakshmana Rao , Veterinary Assistant Surgeon , Veterinary Dispensary, Bhadragiri , Gummalaxmipuram Mandal , Vizianagaram District to complete his 2nd year M.V.Sc. , course in Veterinary Anatomy at N.T.R. C.V.Sc , Gannavaram , Krishna District at his own cost .

2. Government hereby also sanction Extraordinary Leave ( EOL) for a period of 12 months on loss of pay from the date of his relief in the Department , as per Rule 23 ( a) ( ii ) of A.P. Leave Rules , 1933 .

3. The Director , Animal Husbandry Department , A.P. , Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly by following the prescribed procedure before relieving the individuals .
