Varra Siva Parvathy , Veterinary Livestock Officer , RLU , Upparapalli of Veterinary Dispensary , Thallamapuram , Prodduturu (M ) , Kadapa District - Permission to visit USA on private affairs for a period of total (179 ) days [ i.e. , Half Pay Leave from 10.03.2022 to 04.09.2022 ( BDI )] - Orders - Issued .

From the Director , Animal Husbandry , Vijayawada , Lr.Roc.No.AHF02- 24/2/ 2021 - ESTABLISHMENT- B2 , Dt : 09.12.2021 .
ORDER: -
In the circumstances stated by the Director of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada in the reference read above , Government hereby accord permission to Smt . Varra Siva Parvathy , Veterinary Livestock Officer , RLU , Upparapalli of Veterinary Dispensary , Thallamapuram , Prodduturu ( M ) , Kadapa District , to visit USA on private affairs for ( 179 ) days , by availing Half Pay Leave from 10.03.2022 to 04.09.2022 ( BDI ) ; subject to the following conditions: -
I. that the expenditure for the purpose will be borne by the individual herself/himself.
II . that no extension of No Objection Certificate shall be granted under any circumstances
III . that she /he should not undertake any assignment / job abroad during the period of her/ his visit .
IV. that failure to join duty immediately on the expiry of the leave period renders she/he is liable for disciplinary action . If she/he does not return within the time , she/ he shall be removed from service .
V. that she / he should furnish her / his local leave address . Further serving of any notice to the leave address will be deemed as served on the officer. The officer will make adequate arrangements in her/his absence to authorize an appropriate person at the leave address to receive all letters and make arrangements to have these communicated to her / him through any channel of communication.
VI . She/ He should not accept any hospitality from anyone except close family members/ relatives during this period .

2. The Director of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , shall take further action accordingly and make necessary entries in the Service Register of the individual .
