Animal Husbandry Dairy Development & Fisheries Department Sanction of Medical Reimbursement Claim in respect of Sri P.Satyanarayana , Retd . , JVO , RLU , Mukkamula , West Godavari District , for Rs.96,371 /- ( ( Rupees Ninety Six Thousand ThreeHundred Seventy One only) towards the expenditure incurred for His Wife " for " ACUTE VIRAL PNEUMONITIS WITH TRUENAT POSITIVE " during the period from 07.10.2020 to 16.10.2020 at " Shine Hospital , Vijayawada " which is Unrecognized Hospital , in relaxation of APIMA Rules , 1972 - Orders - Issued.

ORDER:-
In the reference sixth read above the Director of Animal Husbandry has submitted the Medical Reimbursement claim in respect of Sri P.Satyanarayana , Retd. , JVO , RLU , Mukkamula , West Godavari District , who obtained treatment of "His Wife " for "ACUTE VIRAL PNEUMONITIS WITH TRUENAT POSITIVE " during the period from 07.10.2020 to 16.10.2020 at "Shine Hospital , Vijayawada " which is Unrecognized Hospital and incurred an amount of Rs . 1,15,079/- and requested to consider his claim onhumanitarian grounds due to his financial problems .
2. Government after careful examination of the proposal , hereby accord permission to the Director, Animal Husbandry, Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada to sanction an amount ofRs.96,371/ - ( Rupees Ninety Six Thousand Three Hundred Seventy One only ) to Sri P.Satyanarayana , Retd . , JVO , RLU , Mukkamula , West Godavari District towards reimbursement of medical expenses incurred for His Wife " for " ACUTE VIRAL PNEUMONITIS WITH TRUENAT POSITIVE " during the period from 07.10.2020 to 16.10.2020 at " Shine Hospital , Vijayawada " which is unrecognized Hospital , in relaxation of Andhra Pradesh Integrated Medical Attendance (APIMA) Rules , 1972 as amendedfrom time to time .

3. The Director of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada shall take further necessary action accordingly .
4. This Order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No. FMUOPC ( HMF2 ) /393/ 2021 , ( Comp No. 1499452 ) , Dt : 08.09.2021 .
