ORDER:
ln the reference 3rd read above, the Managing Director, A.P. Power Finance Corporation Ltd., has requested the Govt., to sanction the Principal & lnterest payment for partial redemption through Put Option of APPFCL Bond Series 2l2OlL Option B @ 9.97o/o for the period from 01.10.2021 to 29.01.2022 for Rs.42,97 ,49,3]-31- due on 3O.0L.2022.
2. After careful examination, Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction for Rs.42,97,49,373/- (Rupees forty two crores ninety seven lakhs forty nine thousand three hundred and thirteen only) to APPFCL to arrange payment towards Principal & lnterest payment for "Partial Redemption through Put Option of APPFCL Bond Series 2|2OLL Option B @ 9.97o/o for the period from 01.1O.2O2L to 29.OI.2022 due on 30.01.2022 under HoA 2801-05-800-00-11-310-312 (Assistance to APTRANSCO Ltd for servicing of Vidyut Bonds) for the current financial year 2O2L-22.
