ORDER:
ln the reference 3rd read above, the Managing Director, A.P. Power Finance Corporation Ltd., has requested the Government to sanction the Principal & lnterest payment for APPFCL Bond Series 212011 Option A @ 9.85% for the period from 01.10.2021 to 29.01.2022 for Rs.65,57,34,9251- towards "Redemption of APPFCL Bond Series Z|2OLL Option A @ 9.85o/o" due on 30.01.2022.
2. After careful examination, Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction for Rs.65,57,34,925/- (Rupees sixty five crores fifty seven lakhs thirty four thousand nine hundred and twenty five only) to APPFCL towards Principal & lnterest payment for APPFCL Bond Series Z|2OLL Option A @ 9.85% for the period from 01.10.2021 to 29.0L.2022 due on 30.01.2022 under HoA: 2801-05-800-00- 11-310-312 (Assistance to APTRANSCO Ltd for servicing of Vidyut Bonds) for the current financial year 2O2L-22.
