In the circumstances reported by the Director , WD & CW Dept. , Guntur in the letter read above , Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby accord permission for reimbursement of net admissible amount of Rs.90,000 / - (Rupees Ninety Thousand only ) ( i.e after imposing 10 % cut on account of treatment taken in an un - recognized Hospital ) to Smt . K. Leelavathi ( Late ) , Project Director , DW & CDA , Srikakulam towards herself ( Bills submitted by her Husband Sri Hari Narasimhulu Naidu ) for " ACUTE EXACERBATION OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMA DCLD " done during the period from 31-03-2019 to 06-04-2019 at " KAUVERY HOSPITAL , CHENNAI " , which is an un - recognized Private Hospital outside the State , in relaxation of APIMA 1972 Rules .
2. The original medical bills received through the letter read above are herewith returned .
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - HM & FW ) Department vide their U.O.No. FMUOPC ( HMF2 ) / 87 / 2021 , dated : 30-12-2021 ( Comp No. 1354895 ) .
4. The Director , WD & CW Dept. , is requested to take further necessary action in the matter , accordingly .
