AHDD & F Department Andhra Pradesh Fisheries University , Narasapur , West Godavari District Administrative sanction for Rs.100 Crores (Rupees Hundred Crores ) towards the construction of Andhra Pradesh Fisheries University 1st phase by APEWIDC - Orders Issued .

1. Andhra Pradesh Fisheries University Act , 2020 ( No.39 of 2020 ) 2. From the Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P Vijayawada , Lr.No.APFU/1013/ 2021 , dated . 06.05.2021 .
3. From the Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P Vijayawada , Lr.No.APFU/ 1013 / 2021 , dated . 03.07.2021 .
4. From the Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P Vijayawada , Lr.No.APFU /1013/ 2021 , dated . 24.09.2021 .

ORDER:
In the reference first read above , Government have issued notification and published in Official Gazette for enactment of " Andhra Pradesh Fisheries Act , 2020 (Act No.39 of 2020 ) , under the provisions of the Act , Andhra Pradesh Fisheries University will be established under Government sector in the State .
2. The Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P Vijayawada in the references 3rd and 4h read above , has requested the Government to accord administrative sanction for an amount Rs.100 Crores towards the construction of six blocks of Andhra Pradesh Fisheries University , Narasapur , West Godavari District viz . , i ) Administrative Block ; ii ) Academic block ; iii ) Boys hostel ; iv ) Girls hostel ; v ) Farmers Training Institute along with Dormitory ; vi ) VC Bunglow and other basic infrastructure under 1st phase by APEWIDC ( Executive Agency ) .
3. Government after examination , hereby agreed the proposal of the Commissioner of Fisheries and accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs . 100 Crores towards the construction of six blocks of Andhra Pradesh Fisheries University , Narasapur , West Godavari District viz . , i ) Administrative Block ; ii ) Academic block ; iii ) Boys hostel ; iv ) Girls hostel ; v ) Farmers Training Institute along with Dormitory ; vi ) VC Bunglow and other basic infrastructure ; under 1st phase by APEWIDC (Executive Agency ) , subject to obtaining the estimates vetted and authenticated by the competent R& B authorities before execution of works.

4. The Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P , Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly .
5. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01 - FMU0PC ( AHDF ) / 21 / 2021 - FMU - AC - CS - AH , Computer No. 1411397 , Dt : 27/12/2021 .
