AMENDMENT TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH SOCIAL WELFARE SERVICE RULES, 1996.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh Social Welfare Service Rules, 1996, issued in G.O.Ms.No.188, Social Welfare (A2) Department, dt:31 -12-1997 as subsequently amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
In the said rules:-
For sub-rule (A) of rule 8, the following shall be substituted, namely,-
"(A) "every person appointed by direct recruitment to any post shall, from the date on which he commences his probation be on probation for a period of two (2) years on duty within a continuous period of three (3) years".
