ORDER:
In the letter 1st read above , the Secretary , APSEC has requested the Government for release of additional funds of Rs.2.00 Crores for settlement of pending bills already received by the Commission and also payment of remuneration and legal expenses to the Advocate on Record and Senior Advocates both in Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and the Hon'ble High Court ..
2. In the GO second read above , the Finance (FMU - PR & RD) Department have issued Budget Release Order for an amount of Rs . 1,09,82,000 as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the Current Financial Year 2021-22 for clearance of pending legal charges to the Advocates engaged by the State Election Commission in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh as well as Supreme Court of India .
3. Accordingly , Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction for an amount of Rs . 1,09,82,000 ( Rupees One Crore Nine Lakh Eighty Two Thousand) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the Current Financial Year 2021-22 for clearance of pending legal charges to the Advocates engaged by the State Election Commission in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh as well as Supreme Court of India.
4. The amount sanctioned at para (3) above shall be debited to the following head of Account :
