ORDER : -
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada in the letter read above , Government after careful examination , hereby accord permission to Dr. V.L.Satya Prakash , Joint Director (AH ) , Kadapa , YSR District , to retire from Government service with effect from 31-01-2022 A.N , on Voluntary basis on personal grounds , in terms of Rule 43 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules, 1980; subject to the condition that the Government dues , if any , pending against him shall be recovered in lump sum from his terminal benefits , and without prejudice to initiate disciplinary action , if any arising against him even after retirement .
2. Dr. V.L.Satya Prakash , Joint Director (AH ) , Kadapa , YSR District is also informed that no pension shall be payable to him , if he accepts commercial employment before the expiry of (02 ) years , from the date of his retirement without obtaining prior sanction ofGovernment , as per Rule 10 of A.P. Revised Pension Rules , 1980 .
3. The Director of Animal Husbandry, Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada, shall take necessary further action accordingly.
