ORDER: -
In the G.O. Second read above , orders were issued for creating of two ( 02 ) posts of Audit Officers , who can be taken on deputation from the State Audit Department , in the scale of pay Rs . 40,270-93,780/ - , by surrendering two (02) posts in the cadre of D.S.P. i.e. , one post of DSP , Head Quarters and one post of DSP , Prosecution in the Bureau .
2. In the letter third read above , the Director General , Anti - Corruption Bureau , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada has requested to issue necessary amendments duly incorporating the 2 audit officer posts in the Andhra Pradesh Anti- Corruption Bureau Service Rules , 2019 issued in the G.O. first read above .
3. After careful examination of the proposal , the Government have decided to amend the said service rules .
4. Accordingly , the following notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette: -
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling , the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Anti- Corruption Bureau Service Rules , 2019 issued in G.O.Ms.No. 34 , General Administration ( SC.F ) Department , dated: 15.04.2020 , and as subsequently amended from time to time :
AMENDMENTS
In the said rules , -
1. In rule 2 , under Class - C , after the category ( 7 ) , the following shall be added , namely, -
"Category ( 8 ) : Audit Officer "
(Ρ.Τ.Ο) 2. In rule 3 , in the table , under Class - C , after the category ( 7 ) , in columns ( 1 ) to ( 3) , the following shall be added , namely , -
