ORDER: -
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Fisheries , Vijayawada in the letter read above , Government after careful examination of the matter , hereby sanction the net admissible amount of Rs.1,80,000/- ( Rupees One Lakh Eighty Thousand only) ( i.e. , after imposing 10% cut on admissible amount of Rs.2,00,000/- on account of treatment taken in an Unrecognised Hospital ) to Sri P. Sivaiah , Assistant Director of Fisheries , ( Retd . ) , Ananthapuramu towards his treatment taken for ' RIGHT PELVIC AND UPPER URETER TCC' during the period from 05.02.2020 to 11.02.2020 at Aster CMI Hospital , Bangalore , which is an un recognized Hospital , in relaxation of APIMA rules , 1972.
2. The Commissioner of Fisheries , A.P. , Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly . The medical bills/documents are returned herewith .
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU - HM & FW) Department vide Finance U.O.No.FMU0PC ( HMF2 ) /362/FMU.HM&FW/2021 ,Dt . 30.12.2021 (BY ORDER AND IN THE NAME OF THE GOVERNOR OF ANDHRA PRADESH )
