WITHDRAWAL OF THE 'GRAZING GROUND PORAMBOKE LAND' MEASURING Acs,25,00 Cts IN SURVEY NO. 177-2 IN NARAMPETA VILLAGE OF ATMAKUR MANDAL OF SPSR NELLORE DISTRICT, FOR ALIENATION OF LAND TO AN EXTENT OF Acs.87.59 Cts IN Sy.Nos. 177-2, 183 AND 187 etc., FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF INDUSTRIAL PARK IN FAVOUR OF APIIC AND VEST W ITH THE GOVERNMENT UNDER SUB-SECTION (2) OF SECTION 58 OF THE ANDHRA PRADESH PANCHAYAT RAJ ACT, 1994 (ANDHRA PRADESH ACT NO. 13 OF 1994).

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of section 58 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.13 of 1994) and in the circumstances reported, the Government hereby withdraw the 'Grazing Ground Poramboke land' measuring Acs.25.00 Cents in Survey No. 177-2 of Narampeta Village, Atmakur Mandal of SPSR Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh and vest with the Government.
The Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Department and the Collector and District Magistrate, SPSR Nellore District, shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
