ORDER : -
Sanction is hereby accorded for purchase of a new Kia Carnival 2021 Model , 8 AT Limousine 7 HTX , Glacier White Pearl Colour vehicle for the official use of Chief Secretary to Government at a cost of Rs.33,15,286/- ( Rupees Thirty Three Lakh Fifteen Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty Six only ) from M / s . Simha Motors Private Limited , Vijayawada in relaxation of orders issued in the G.Os 2nd and 3rd read above .
2. In the G.O. 1st read above , Motor Vehicles belonging to the Government of Andhra Pradesh are exempted from payment of Life Tax under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act , 1963 .
3. The expenditure sanctioned above shall be debited to the Head of Account " 2052- Secretariat General Services , MH ( 090 ) Secretariat , SH ( 04 ) General Administration Department , 510 Motor vehicles 512 Purchase of Office Vehicles " sanctioned in the G.O. 4th read above .
4. The General Administration ( Claims.C ) Department are requested to draw and credit the amount sanctioned in para 1 above to M / s . Simha Motors Private Limited , Vijayawada , Bank : State Bank of India , Labbipet , Vijayawada , Account No.38693448236 , IFSC Code : SBIN0003055 , GST No.37ABACS7221H1ZE .
5 . This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance Department vide their U.O.No. FIN01 - FMUORBAB / 35/ 2021 - FMU - GAD - I .
