KAZIS ACT, 1880 (CENTRAL ACT XII OF 1880) - EXTENSION OF TENURE OF Sri SHAIK HUSSAIN KHAN, S/o. SHAIK MOHAMMED GOUSE, SUNKARA VEEDHI, VIZIANAGARAM DISTRICT AS GOVERNMENT KAZI IN ADDITION TO EXISTING KAZIS FOR VIZIANAGARAM DISTRICT EXCLUDING VIZIANAGARAM TOWN, INITIALLY FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS FOR PERFORMING MARRIAGES OF MUSLIM COMMUNITY ONLY

NOTIFICATION
"In exercise of the powers conferred under Section (2) of the Kazis Act, 1880 (Central Act XII of 1880), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after consulting the Principal Mohammadan residents of local area, hereby extend the period of Sri Shaik Hussain Khan, S/o. Shaik Mohammed Gouse, SunkaraVeedhi, Vizianagaram District as Government Kazi in addition to existing Kazis for Vizianagaram District excluding Vizianagaram Town, initially for a period of three (3) years for performing Marriages of Muslim Community only".
The Collector and District Magistrate, Vizianagaram / the Chief Executive Officer, A.P. State Waqf Board, Vijayawada is directed to take necessary action accordingly.
