Read : 1. Progs. Rc:No.675//2020-NC Dated: 23.02.2021 of the Deputy Registrar of Coop. Societies, Adoni.

2. Report Dated: 05-10-2021 of the Senior Inspector/Liquidator, O/o the Sub Divisional Coop. Officer, Adoni.

ORDER:-

Where as in the reference 1st read above, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Adoni appointed the Senior Inspector / Liquidator, O/o the Sub-Divisional Cooperative Officer, Adoni as liquidator in respect of the Bodabanda Stone Quarry Workers Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd, Y.Y.No.165 and;

Where as in the reference 2nd read above, the Liquidator has reported that therecords of the society were not available and that in the absence of the records of the society the liquidator considered F.A.R of 2020-21as basis for realization of Assets and discharge of Liabilities and requested for final closure of the society by cancelling the registration of the society . [ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, January 27, 2022 In view of the circumstances cited above and by virtue of the powers delegated to me under Section 68 and Section 69-A of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964, I, the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Adoni do hereby order that the affairs of the Bodabanda Stone Quarry Workers Labour Contract Cooperative Society Ltd,Y.Y.No.l65, Bodabanda , is finally closed and Registration of the Society is cancelled and Liquidation Proceedings of the said society is terminated. The Society shall cease to exist as a corporate body from the date of issue of this Order.
