In pursuance of orders issued by the Finance Department in the 1st reference read above , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for release of an amount of Rs . 11,59,96,000/ - ( Rupees Eleven crore fifty nine lakh ninety six thousand only ) from the BE provision 2021-22 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards meeting the expenditure towards pending releases under the scheme of Jagananna Vidya Deevena (RTF ) for the FY : 2021-22:

2. The Drawing & Disbursing Officer , O/ o the Vice Chairman & Managing Director , AP Backward Classes Co - operative Finance Corporation Ltd. , Vijayawada is authorized to draw the amounts sanctioned above regarding all the 56 caste based BC Corporations .
3. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director , APBCCFC Ltd. , Vijayawada and the Person- in- charges of SU- BC - A , BC - B , BC - D and BC - E Corporations shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly .
4. This order issued with the concurrence of the Finance Department , vide their U.O Note No. 29875- A/ 1283 /A1 / BG.I / 2006 , Finance ( BG.I ) Department , dt.25.11.2006 .
