The following Notification will be published in the Extra- ordinary issue of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, dated:
FINAL NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( a) and (b) under sub - section (4) No.13tead with sub - sectionAAASLATONFRUTANE AANLAPPYadesh @ gricultural Produce ard.962 Livestock) Markets Act , 1966 (Act.No.16 of 1966) and in partial modification of the notification NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT) Department , dated : 29-10-1968 and published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette , dated : 7th November , 1968 Part - II Miscellaneous notification at pages 1035 to 1039 , the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby exclude the 2 Mandals i.e , ( 1 ) B. Kothakota and (2 ) Kurabalakota as specified in Annexure - I from the notified area of Agricultural Market Committee , Thamballapalli (H.Q) Mulakalacheruvu and to declare it be a separate Agricultural Market Committee , B.Kothakota ( H.Q) Angallu , as specified in Annexure - II and notified area of the Agricultural Market Committee , Thamballapalli ( H.Q) Mulakalacheruvu as specified in Annexure - III and called for objections and suggestions if any for consideration after expiry of 7 ( Seven) days from the date of publication of notification for the purpose of regulating the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce and Livestock and products of livestock specified in Schedule - II of the aforesaid notification read with G.O.Ms.No.286 , Agriculture and Cooperation Department , dated :05-07-1994 , intention to make such exclusion having been previously published vide G.O.Ms.No.46 , Agrl . & Coop . Dept.dt : 04-03-2020 as required in sub - section ( 1 ) and (2) of Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock) Markets Act, 1966. The objections and suggestions have not been received within the stipulated period from the date of publication of preliminary notification . Finally , the mandals which are shown in Annexure -II , are hereby declared as notified area of Agricultural Market Committee , B.Kothakota (H.Q) Angallu and the mandals which are shown in Annexure -III , are hereby declared as notified area of Agricultural Market Committee , Thamballapalli (H.Q) Mulakalacheruvu under sub - section (3 ) of section of 3 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Livestock ) Markets Act , 1966: -
