NOTIFICATION

2 . In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses ( a ) and ( b ) of sub- section (3 ) of section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh (Agricultural Produce and Live Stock ) Markets Act , 1966 ( Act 16 of 1966 ) , the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby declare the Market Committee to establish a market / markets at the place / places of the Head Quarters specified in column (4) and ( 5 ) of above said Government Orders in the reference 2nd cited , for the purchase and sale of Agricultural Produce , Live Stock and product of Live Stock specified in Schedule - II to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.2095 , Food and Agriculture [ Agri . IV] Department , dated : 29-10-1968 and published at pages 1035-1039 of part- II of the Andhra Pradesh Gazette No.44 , dated : 07-11-1968 and also other commodities added to the said list from time to time read with instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.286 , Agriculture and Cooperation ( Mktg.I ) Department , dated : 05-07-1994 .
