In pursuance of orders issued by the Finance Department in the reference read above , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for release of an amount of Rs . 28,62,42,000/ - ( Rupees Twenty eight crore sixty two lakh forty two thousand only) to the Director of B.C. Welfare , A.P. , Vijayawada from the BE provision 2021-22 in relaxation of quarterly regulation to the Director of BC Welfare , A.P. , Vijayawada towards meeting the expenditure under the schemes of Jagananna Vidhya Deevena ( RTF) and Jagananna Vasati Deevena ( MTF ) .

2. The Director , Backward Classes Welfare , A.P. , Vijayawada is authorized to draw and disburse the sanctioned funds in para ( 1 ) above to the P.D Accounts of A.P. Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Ltd. , Vijayawada ; A.P. State Kapu Welfare & Development Corporation , Vijayawada and A.P. State Economically Backward Classes Welfare & Development Corporation , Vijayawada .

3. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director , A.P. Backward Classes Coop . Finance Corporation Ltd. , Vijayawada ; the Managing Director , A.P. State Kapu Welfare Development Corporation Vijayawada , the Person - in- charges of SU - BC- A , BC - B , BC - D and BC - E Corporations and the Managing Director , A.P.S.E.B.C.W & Development Corporation , Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly without deviation of funds and furnish the U.C.s to Government from time to time .
4. This order issues based on the BRO issued by Finance Department vide G.O read above .
