In pursuance of Orders issued in the reference read above , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.3,32,30,000/ - ( Rupees Three crore thirty two lakh thirty thousand only ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during C.F.Y 2021-22 towards payment to the scheme of " YSR Vahana Mithra "

2. The Director of BC Welfare , A.P. , Vijayawada is authorized to draw and disburse the sanctioned amounts in para ( 1 ) above to the PD accounts of AP Backward Classes Co - operative Finance Corporation Ltd. , Vijayawada , and SU - BC - A , BC - B , & BC - D Corporations.
3. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director , AP Backward Classes Co - operative Finance Corporation Ltd. , Vijayawada , the Person - in - charges of SU - BC - A , BC - B , & BC - D Corporations shall take necessary action to obtain the list of beneficiaries and to upload the bills in CFMS for necessary implementation of the scheme without any deviation of funds and furnish the U.Cs. to Government from time to time.
