ORDER: -
In pursuance of the orders issued in references read above , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.5,35,41,000/ - ( Rupees FiveCrore thirty five lakh and forty one thousand only) to the Vice Chairman & Managing Director , A.P Backward Classes Coop . Finance Corporation , Vijayawada from the BE Provision 2021-22 and Managing Director , A.P.E.B.C.W & D Corporation in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards meeting the expenditure under the scheme of Jagananna Thodu ( interest reimbursement programme ) for the Financial Year 2021-22 .

2. TheVice Chairman & Managing Director , A.P Backward Classes Coop . Finance Corporation , Vijayawada and the Managing Director , A.P.S.E.B.C.W & D Corporation , Vijayawada shall draw and disburse the sanctioned funds in para ( 1 ) above.
3. TheVice Chairman & Managing Director , A.P Backward Classes Coop . Finance Corporation , Vijayawada and the Person - in - charges of SU - BC -A , BC - B , BC- D and BC - E Corporations and also M.D. , A.P.S.E.B.C.W & D Corporation shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
4. This order issues based on the BROs issued by Finance Department vide G.Os read above and also as per instructions issued in U.O Note No. 29875- A/1283 /A1 /BG.I / 2006 , Finance (BG.I ) Department , dt.25.11.2006.
