Inpursuance of orders issued by the Finance Department in the reference read above , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for release of an amount of Rs . 4,70,84,15,000/- ( Rupees Four hundred Seventy crore eighty four lakh fifteen thousand only) from the BE provision 2021-22 in relaxation of quarterly regulation to the Director of BC Welfare , A.P. , Vijayawada towards meeting the expenditure under the scheme of Jagananna Vidya Deevena ( RTF) .

2. The Drawing & Disbursing Officer , O/ o the Director of BC Welfare is authorized to draw and disburse the amounts to PD account of the Vice Chairman & Managing Director , AP Backward Classes Co - operative Finance Corporation Ltd. , the MD , APS Kapu WDC Ltd. , and the MD APS EBC WDCLtd. , Vijayawada to draw the amounts sanctioned at para ( 1) above regarding all the 56 caste based BC Corporations . The Director of BC Welfare , A.P. , Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly .

The Vice Chairman & Managing Director , APBCCFCLtd. , Vijayawada ; the Managing Director , A.P State Kapu Welfare & Development Corporation, Vijayawada ; the Managing Director , Andhra Pradesh State Economically Backward Classes Welfare& Development Corporation , Vijayawada and the Person - in - charges ofSU- BC -A, BC - B , BC- D and BC - E Corporations shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly without deviation of funds and furnish the Utilisation Certificates.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department , vide their G.O.Rt.No.4460 , Finance ( FMU -Welfare - II ) Department , dt : 29.11.2021.
