ORDER: -
In pursuance of orders issued by the Finance Department in the reference read above , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for release of an amount of Rs.26,96,00,000 / - (Rupees Twenty six crore ninety six lakh ) to the Director of BC Welfare , A.P. Vijayawada as additional funds in relaxation of treasury control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining supplementary grants at an appropriate time during the C.F.Y 2021-22 under the schemeJagananna Vidhya Deevena ( Fees Re - imbursement) .

2. The Drawing & Disbursing Officer , O/o the Director of BC Welfare is authorized to draw and disburse the amounts to the PD account of Vice Chairman & Managing Director , AP Backward Classes Co - operative Finance Corporation Ltd. , to draw the amounts sanctioned at para ( 1 ) above. The Director of BC Welfare , A.P. , Vijayawada shall take necessary action accordingly .
3. The Vice Chairman & Managing Director , APBCCFC Ltd. , Vijayawada ; shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly without deviation of funds and furnish the Utilisation Certificates .
4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department , vide their G.O.Rt.No.4461 , Finance ( FMU - Welfare - II ) Department , dt: 29.11.2021 .
