KADAPA DISTRICT - APPOINTMENT OF SRI U. SESHAIAH, ADVOCATE, AS ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR THE COURT OF ADDITIONAL ASSISTANT SESSIONS JUDGE, KADAPA (NEW COURT).

NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Centr al Act No.2 of 1 974) rea d wi th G.O. Ms.No.18 7, L aw ( L) Depar tmen t, dated:06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri U. Seshaiah, Advocate, as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Kadapa (New Court), for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination of his service, whichever is earlier. He shall be paid a consolidated honorarium of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.975, Home (Courts.A)Department, Dated:26-10-2018. The conditions of service of the said Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, dated: 06.12.2000.
