NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Centr al Act No.2 of 1 974) rea d wi th G.O. Ms.No.18 7, L aw ( L) Depar tmen t, dated:06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri. Kodi Satish Naidu, Advocate, as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination of her service, whichever is earlier. He shall be paid a consolidated honorarium of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty fi ve t ho usan d on ly) pe r mo nt h, a s pe r G. O. Rt .No. 97 5, Home (Cou rts. A) Department, Dated:26-10-2018. The conditions of service of the said Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms. No.187, Law (L) Department, dated: 06.12.2000.
