NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Centr al Act No.2 of 1 974) rea d wi th G.O. Ms.No.18 7, L aw ( L) Depar tmen t, dated:06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Sri. Chittiprolu Venkata Krishna Prasad, Advocate, as Additional Public Prosecutor for the Court of Assistant Sessions Judge, Avanigadda, Krishna District, for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking charge of the post or till termination of his service, whichever is earlier. He shall be paid a consolidated honorarium of Rs.25,000/- (Rup ee s Twen ty f ive th ou sa nd o nl y) p er mon th , as p er G.O .Rt. No .9 75 , Home (Courts.A)Department, Dated:26-10-2018. The conditions of service of the said Prosecutor shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, dated: 06.12.2000.
