Read the following: - 1. G.O.Rt.No.359 , AHDD & F( AH - I ) Department , Dated : 31-10-2018 . 2. G.O.Rt.No.221 , AHDD & F (AH - I ) Department, Dated : 17-12-2020 .
3. From the Director of Animal Husbandry Department, A.P. , Vijayawada, Lr.Roc.No.6683/BII /2018 , Dated : 08-12-2021 & 27-12-2021 .
ORDER :
In the circumstances reported by the Director, Animal Husbandry Department, A.P. Vijayawada in the letters 3rd read above, Government after careful examination , hereby accord sanction for extension of Extra Ordinary Leave of Dr. V. Pavan Kumar, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon on private affairs from 15-12-2021 to 14-12-2022 ; subject to the following conditions:
(i ) that the expenditure for the purpose will be borne by the individual himself.
(ii ) that no extension of No Objection Certificate shall be granted under any circumstances .
( iii ) that he should not undertake any assignment / job abroad during the period of his visit .
(iv) that failure to join duty immediately on the expiry of the leave period renders he is liable for disciplinary action . If he does not return within the time, he shall be removed from service .
(v) that he should furnish his local leave address . Further serving of any notice to the leave address will be deemed as served on the officer. The officer will make adequate arrangements in his absence to authorize an appropriate person at the leave address to receive all letters and make arrangements to have these communicated to him through any channel of communication .
(vi) He should not accept any hospitality from anyone except close family members/ relatives during this period.
2. The Director, Animal Husbandry Department , A.P Vijayawada shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
