2)From the Director of Animal Husbandry , Lr. Roc.No.AHF02- 51021/75/2018 , dated: 04-10-2018 .
ORDER:
Inthe reference second read above , the Director of Animal Husbandry, A.P. , Vijayawada among other things , has requested the Government to provide compassionate appointment to Sri Y.Sai Venkat , S /o late Y.Mareppa , Office Subordinate , Veterinary Dispensary , U.Kothapalli , Kurnool Division, since he was 13 years at the time of death of his father and 16 years old at the time of death of his mother, on attaining the age of 18 years ( 01.06.2017) , he has applied for compassionate appointment on 03.07.2017, duly condoning the delay in submission of application i.e. as he has applied for appointment after 6 years of the demise of his father in relaxation of rules .
2. Government after examination , hereby decide and permit the Director of Animal Husbandry, A.P. , Vijayawada for providing compassionate appointment to Sri Y.Sai Venkat , S/o late Y.Mareppa , Office Subordinate , Veterinary Dispensary, U.Kothapalli , Kurnool Division , on sympathetic and humanitarian grounds , in the suitable post as per his eligibility in relaxation of relevant rules issued vide G.O.Ms.No.687 , G.A( Ser.A) Department , dt : 03-10-1997 read with Circular Memo No.618/ Ser.A/78-11 , G.A( Ser.A) Dept. ,Dt.17.12.1979 and also G.O.Ms.No.165, GAD, Dated: 20.03.1989 & G.O.Ms.No.612 , G.A. ( Ser.A) Dept . , Dated: 30.10.1991 and Circular Memo No.60681 /Ser.A/2003-1 , G.A. ( Ser.A) Dept. , Dt.12.08.2003 , under the scheme of compassionate appointment , as a special case , without quoting it as a precedent in future .
(Ρ.Τ.Ο) 3. The Director of Animal Husbandry , A.P. , Vijayawada , shall take necessary action accordingly.
