ORDER
In the circumstances reported by the Director , Directorate of Economics & Statistics , Vijayawada in the reference 3rd read above and after careful examination of the matter, Government here by spare the services of Smt J. Vijaya Lakshmi , Joint Director , presently working as Chief Planning Officer , Vizianagaram so as to post her in Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation , Visakhapatnam as Additional Commissioner/ Zonal Commissioner / PDUCD on deputation basis initially for a period of one year.
2. During the period of deputation , the individual shall be governed by the terms and conditions issued in reference 1st and 2nd read above and instructions issued in relation to deputation from time to time.
3. The Director , Directorate of Economics & Statistics , Vijayawada shall take necessary action to make incharge / Full Additional Charge arrangements to the post of Chief Planning Officer , Vizianagaram.
4. The Municipal Administration & Urban Development Department , A.P. Secretariat is requested to take necessary action for posting Smt J. Vijaya Lakshmi , Joint Director/Chief Planning Officer, Vizianagaram as Additional Commissioner/Zonal Commissioner / PDUCD in Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation , Visakhapatnam .
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance department as per orders in force .
