ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Director , Animal Husbandry Department , Vijayawada , Andhra Pradesh , in the reference read above , and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 32( 7) ( ii ) of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.7 of 1964 ) , Government after examination of the matter, hereby extend the term of the Official Person -In- Charge of the Ananthapuramu Sheep Breeders Co- operative Union , Ananthapuramu for a period of six months from 16.01.2022 to 15.07.2022 ( or ) till the election are conducted and New Board of Management assumes charge , whichever is earlier .
2. The Director of Animal Husbandry , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada , shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly .
