NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT
GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH ABSTRACT HM& FW Department - Extension of Curfew from 11.00 P.M. to 05.00 A.M up to 14.02.2022 in the State to contain the spread of Covid-19 - Orders - Issued.

O R D E R:
In the reference read above, the Government have imposed night curfew from 11.00 PM to 5.00 AM w.e.f 18.01.2022 to 31.01.2022 along with certain other instructions / directions for implementation in the State to contain the spread of COVID-19.
3. Any violation of the aforesaid instructions shall result in prosecution under Sections 51 to 60 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 188of IPC as well as other applicable Laws.
4. The Collectors & District Magistrates, Commissioners of Police and Superintendents of Police shall enforce these orders in the State scrupulously.
