In the circumstances reported by the Director of BCW in the reference 2nd read above , Government hereby decided to issue revised administrative sanction orders to the GO . 1st read above , wherein administrative sanction for construction of Backward Classes Welfare Bhavans in the following places , for conducting meetings , marriages and other ritual functions etc. , as a special case was issued indicating the head of account , wherein the amount sanctioned has to be debited : -

"
