ORDER :
In the circumstances stated by the Commissioner , Rural Development , Andhra Pradesh , in the reference first read above , and in pursuance of the BROs issued by the Finance Department in the references 2nd and 3rd read above , Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs . 2,14,60,000 / - ( Rupees Two Crore Fourteen Lakh Sixty Thousand only) from the BE provision 2021-22 in relaxation of quarterly regulation orders towards implementation of DRDA Administration Scheme for 2nd Tranche of 1st installment of FY 2021-22 as indicated below:
A. For an amount of Rs.85,84,000 / - ( Rupees Eighty Five Lakh Eighty Four Thousand only) from the BE Provision 2021-22 in relaxation of quarterly regulation towards Matching State Share of 2nd Tranche of 1st Installment for implementation of DRDA Administration Scheme for the FY 2021-2022 .

2. The Commissioner , Rural Development is informed that , this allotment cannot be construed as an authority for incurring the expenditure and the same shall be spent under proper sanction of the competent authority as prescribed under relevant rules and he is also informed that no further budget will be released until the Drawing Officer's Receipt (DOR) is received.
3. The Commissioner , Rural Development , AP , Tadepalli , Guntur , shall take necessary further action accordingly .
4. He is also requested to send up to date Utilization Certificates for the above expenditure including the previous expenditures incurred towards DRDA Administration immediately .
