ORDER:
Sanction is hereby accorded for incurring of an expenditure of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only ) towards purchase of service postage stamps for the use of Department for Women , Children , Differently Abled & Senior Citizens from the Post Master , Mangalagiri Head Post Office.
2 . The expenditure sanctioned in para- 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account 2251- Secretariat Social Service - M.H . 090 - Secretariat - S.H. ( 10 ) W.D.C.W & D.W. Department- 130- Office Expenses - 131 - Utility Payments .
3. The Deputy Pay and Accounts Officer, Secretariat Branch shall pass the bill and credit the amount in to the Bank account of " Postmaster, Mangalagiri Head Post Office , with A/ c.No . 10766522035, IFSC code SBIN0001011 of State Bank of India " .
4 This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Department under the rules in force.
