1. In the circumstances reported vide references 1st to 3rd read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued in the references 4th and 5th read above , the Government hereby accord administrative sanction to the Director of Social Welfare , A.P. , Tadepalli , Guntur for an amount of Rs.87,38,000/ - ( Rupees Eighty seven lakhs and thirty eight thousand only ) i.e. , Rs.54,88,000/- as additional funds and 32,50,000/- from B.E. Provision 2021-22 in relaxation of quarterly regulation , towards meeting the expenditure under decetal charges in respect of O.P.Nos.28/2006, 56/2006, 57/2006 , 58/2006 , 61/2006 , 62/2006 , 64/2006, 74/2006 , 79/2006 , 80/2006 and 84/2006 ( 11 Ops ) for the lands acquired to an extent of Ac.20.67 in Sy.No.89/ A3B of Yemmiganur (V) &(M ) Kurnool District .
2. The amount sanctioned in para 1 above shall be debited to the Head of Account mentioned in the Budget Release Orders issued in the references 4th and 5th read above.
3. The Director of Social Welfare , A.P , Tadepalli , Guntur , shall take further necessary action accordingly in the matter.
4. This order is issued with the concurrence of Finance ( FMU -Welfare - 1 ) Department , vide their U.O Note NO : FIN01 - FMU0PC ( WEL1 )/ 6 /2018 , dated.27.08.2021 .
